Professors Collaborate on 2nd Ed. of “The California Constitution"

UC Hastings College of the Law Professors Joseph Grodin, Michael Salerno and Darien Shanske have signed a contract with Oxford University Press to write a second edition of “The California Constitution: A Reference Guide,” originally written by UC Hastings Professors Richard Cunningham, Joseph Grodin and Calvin Massey. The book “provides an outstanding constitutional and historical account of the state's basic governing charter” and offers an “unsurpassed reference guide for students, scholars, and practitioners of California's constitution.”

Professor Grodin is also at work on “Rights and Liberties Under the California Constitution,” a portion of which has been published by the California Supreme Court Historical Society.
