Flu Clinic- September 28, 2016
Flu season is almost here. Per CDC recommendations, everyone 6 months of age and older should receive annual influenza vaccination. It takes about two weeks after vaccination for your body to develop an immune response. Get vaccinated now so that you will be protected when flu season begins. In the United States, influenza season usually begins in October and can last until May.
Student Health would like to prepare you for flu season by offering influenza vaccines. For more information re: the seasonal flu vaccines go to the CDC.
Save the date for a Drop in Clinic on Wednesday, September 28
No appointment needed. Vaccines given on a first come- first served basis. Flu vaccines are available by appointment for those who are unable to make the clinic. Call 415 565 4612 to schedule your appointment.
Don’t procrastinate! Stay healthy by preparing ahead for flu season!
