*Students taking their exams through the Disability Resource Program should contact Laura Andrews Navas with any questions about computer exam accommodations.
**Unless instructed otherwise by your professor.
MAC USERS: SofTest version 11.0.644.94836 is NOT compatible with El Capitan at the moment. It is only compatible with Mac OS X 10.7 (Lion), OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion), 10.9 (Mavericks), and 10.10 (Yosemite). At this time, ExamSoft/SofTest is unable to announce official compatibility with El Capitan due to a vulnerability identified during the testing. ExamSoft is working on resolving this vulnerability, however they will be preventing students from downloading or registering SofTest on a device with El Capitan until this issue is addressed.
Please avoid updating to 10.11 until support has been announced, or you will not be able to use your computer to take your exams.
WINDOWS USERS: SofTest version 11.0.4780.36236 is currently compatible with Windows 10.
If you need help with the installation or registration process, contact ExamSoft technical support at their livechat or at email@example.com or call toll-free 866.429.8889.
