Karl H. Christiansen is Senior Counsel at Wells Fargo Bank. His practice is focused on the debt capital markets with a focus in the energy, healthcare and government sectors. Prior to Wells Fargo, Karl was a lawyer in the Finance and Infrastructure Practice Group of the law firm of Morrison & Foerster LLP, resident in the San Francisco office.,
Mr. Christiansen earned his B.A. degree in 1986 from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and his J.D. in 1996 from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he was Primary Associate Articles Editor of the Hastings Law Journal. During his final semester of law school, Mr. Christiansen served as judicial extern for the Honorable William W Schwarzer, Senior United States District Judge for the Northern District of California.
Mr. Christiansen is a member of the State Bar of California, the Bar Association of San Francisco, and the American Bar Association and is a member of the Project Open Hand Board of Directors.
