Adjunct Professor Pam Cole is a Trial Attorney for the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice in San Francisco. She has been practicing antitrust law for 18 years, first at the Federal Trade Commission, then representing private antitrust plaintiffs, and now at the Antitrust Division. Her focus at the Division is evaluating mergers in high technology industries. She has litigated several merger challenges on behalf of the government and successfully negotiated divestitures in numerous proposed mergers. Pam has also spoken extensively on mergers involving health care and high technology.
Professor Cole is a 1991 graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law and is married to an antitrust attorney at the Federal Trade Commission in San Francisco. Both Pam and her husband are proud promoters of diversity amongst antitrust practitioners.
