Adjunct Professor Jeffrey Williams is a native Californian. He obtained his A.B. in Rhetoric from the University of California at Berkeley in 1975 and his J.D. from Hastings in 1978, where he served as a Note and Comment Editor of the Hastings Law Journal.
Following his graduation from Hastings, Professor Williams joined the firm of Steinhart, Goldberg, Feigenbaum & Ladar in 1978. After three years there, he left with a group of seven others to form what is now Morgenstein & Jubelirer, a civil litigation boutique. He remained with Morgenstein & Jubelirer until January 1, 2007 when Morgenstein & Jubelirer combined with Schiff Hardin LLP, where he now co-chairs the Products Liability Group.
Professor Williams' interests include most sports, especially those involving his sturdy Golden Bears, bicycling and running, cooking, wine, and just about any activity that involves spending time with his wife Patty and children Julie, Justin, and John.
