Articles Available from the Law & Neuroscience Conference

Articles from the February 2012 conference "Law & Policy of the Developing Brain: Neuroscience from Womb to Death" have been made available in the Hastings Law Journal's Symposium Issue. Sponsored by the UCSF/UC Hastings Consortium, the Hastings Law Journal, and Stanford Law Center, the two-day conference considered law and neuroscience issues as they arise throughout the human lifespan, beginning with prenatal and infant brains, and ending with the neuroscience of aging and death.
