UC Hastings Congratulates Prof. Feldman on her Election to American Law Institute

UC Hastings College of the Law boasts a large number of faculty members who have been elected to the American Law Institute. The ALI is a professional, nonprofit organization that exists to “clarify, modernize, and otherwise improve the law.” Its distinguished members serve on committees with other legal academics, judges and practitioners to influence the development of the law in new and emerging fields.

Professor Feldman joins a long list of UC Hastings faculty who have been honored with membership in the prestigious American Law Institute. Professors Mary Kay Kane and Geoffrey C. Hazard, Jr., are members of the ALI Council. Professor Hazard served as Director of the ALI from 1984-1999.
