          NANCY TELLEM ‘78
          Nancy Tellem ’78 will speak at the Paley International Council Summit, an annual meeting of some of the greatest minds in media, in New York, Nov. 21-22.

          Tellem is president of Xbox Entertainment Studios, where she has overseen the launch of a newly created production studio in Santa Monica to develop interactive and linear content for Xbox and other devices. Prior to joining Microsoft, she was an executive at CBS since 1997, most recently as senior adviser to CEO Leslie Moonves.

          WILLIAM CAHILL ‘78
          William Cahill ‘78, president of Calfox, Inc., was recently named to the Board of Trustees of University of Redlands in Redlands, CA.

          JUAN J. DOMINGUEZ ‘87
          Juan J. Dominguez ’87 was named “2013 Latino Lawyer of the Year” by the Hispanic National Bar Association. Previous award winners have included President Barack Obama’s Secretary of Labor Appointee, Thomas E. Perez, and President George W. Bush’s U.S. Attorney General Appointee, Alberto Gonzales.

          Dominguez is a distinguished, bi-lingual, Los Angeles-based attorney with over 25 years of experience in personal injury, workers’ compensation and consumer rights law. His law firm has recovered in excess of $300 million in favor of predominantly underprivileged victims of accidents. Attorney Dominguez has made frequent television appearances on Univision, Telemundo, La Estrella (KRCA), Mundo Fox, and various other television and radio stations, informing the public on their rights and the law.

          The award will be presented at the HNBA’s 38th Annual Convention at the Hyatt Regency in Denver, Colorado on September 6, 2013. This four day convention promises to be the largest gathering of Latino legal professionals in the U.S.

          BRIAN ELDRIDGE ‘02
          Brian Eldridge ’02 been included in the 2013 edition of 40 Illinois Attorneys Under Forty to Watch, published by the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin. Eldridge and 39 peers were selected from more than 1,300 nominations to receive this prestigious distinction. Eldridge is a shareholder in Segal McCambridge Singer & Mahoney’s office in Chicago, where he is a civil litigator. He is active in the Defense Research Institute and the Risk and Insurance Management Society.

          CLINT WAASTED ‘04
          Clint Waasted ’04, head of the competitive ADR program and an adjunct professor of negotiation and mediation, has published an article in The Recorder, “Negotiation: Back to Basics.”
