Student Employment at Hastings

1. Obtain a Job
   • There are many job opportunities for Hastings students. Students usually work as Research Assistants, Teaching Assistants, Computer Lab and Library Assistants, Skyroom Assistants, etc.You can get more information about these possibilities from professors, the Hastings Weekly, the Office of Career and Professional Development, Student Services, the Law Library http://library.uchastings.edu/library/library-jobs/ and the individual departments (i.e. DRP, LEOP, LWR/MC, etc) and Centers themselves.

2. Complete Forms

   Work Authorization Forms:

   • Non-work study appointments can use the online form

   • Work study appointments need to begin at the Financial Aid Office

   • New Hire Paperwork

3. Bring Completed Paperwork to the HR Department Human Resources
