Claude Wyle '82 on Bicyclist Convicted of Felony Vehicular Manslaughter

San Francisco attorney Claude Wyle '82 discusses the case of the first bicyclist in the country to be convicted for felony vehicular manslaughter, who will serve no jail time.

Chris Bucherre, 37, negotiated a plea deal with the San Francisco District Attorney's office for 1,000 hours of community service and three years probation for the death of 71-year-old Sutchi Hui last year.

Wyle, who represents both cyclists and pedestrians, discusses the case with Larry Mantle of KPCC, Southern California Public Radio.
