Dennis is a partner of Palmieri Tyler Wiener Wilhelm & Waldron in Irvine. He has practiced real estate law in Southern California for over 30 years. He represents homebuilders, land developers and commercial property users in the acquisition and sale of properties, financings, subdivisions, project documentation and work with regulatory agencies. Dennis also represents landlords and tenants in commercial and industrial leases, and landowners with regard to environmental matters. His clients include both public and privately held homebuilders; office, retail and industrial property users (including high technology, banking, healthcare, food distribution and automotive retailing concerns); and commercial property landlords.
Dennis has served as an instructor and panelist for classes in commercial leasing and office building service contracts sponsored by the California Continuing Education of the Bar and the Building Owners and Managers Association of Greater Los Angeles. He has also testified as an expert witness in litigation involving real estate transactions.
Dennis served as the 2010 President and remains a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Orange County Bar Foundation, an organization whose mission is keeping at-risk Orange County youth out of jail, in school, healthy and drug free through education, counseling, and mentoring. Dennis is also a member of the Orange County Campaign Committee of the Campaign for the University of California Santa Barbara.
Dennis and his wife Mary (a speech pathologist) live in Laguna Niguel. They have two adult children and two granddaughters.
