Scott Morris is Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Trilogy International Partners LLC, a Bellevue, Washington, company that operates wireless telecommunications networks in New Zealand, Bolivia and the Dominican Republic. Before joining Trilogy when it was founded in 2006, Mr. Morris served as General Counsel to Western Wireless International Corporation in 2005, an international wireless communications operator (whose management team established Trilogy). From 2000 to 2004, he was Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Terabeam Corporation, a manufacturer of broadband wireless equipment. Previously he was Senior Vice President of External Affairs for AT&T Wireless Services, Inc., and held senior legal positions at McCaw Cellular Communications and Viacom Cable.
