Campus Housing

The Academe at 198 is a high-rise campus housing building with 656 fully furnished apartments available to students and professionals from institutions of higher education. The majority of units are efficiencies and studios though there are a handful of one and two-bedroom units. Each unit comes with a bathroom and full kitchen. Community amenities abound including large lounges with skyline views, study rooms, communal kitchens, entertainment rooms, WIFI, laundry facilities, a fitness center, an outdoor courtyard, bicycle storage, and a dog run. The Academe at 198 is a home like no other to live and learn with fellow graduate students and professionals. Residential Unit Types Available

The Academe at 198 maximizes privacy in residential units while providing ample community amenities to engage with your neighbors and colleagues. Residential housing units are primarily single-occupancy efficiency and studio units with a small selection of one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms.

Apartments are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Individuals who are interested in residing on campus are encouraged to apply early.
