In the Office of Student Services, like the Academic Dean’s Office, we’re here to support the whole you - academically, professionally, and personally. We primarily focus on supporting you in your activities and endeavors outside of the classroom. This includes academic planning, bar admissions planning, registering and collaborating with all 60+ student organizations and student government on campus, and hosting large academic events such as orientation and commencement, just-for-fun events like ice cream socials, and wellness activities like free yoga 5 days a week.
Student Services is located in Room 254 of 200 McAllister St.

Fun - It's important for students to balance their studies with a little fun and relaxation. Student Services plans fun events such as ice cream socials, Commencement, H3 (UC Hastings Happy Hours), and Student Org Fairs.
Leadership - We work with student organization leaders to coordinate activities and plan events for the 60+ student orgs on the Hastings campus. Travel funding may also be available for students attending national conferences on behalf of a student organization.
Academic Advising - We help students map out their available courses at UC Hastings. We also host workshops on academic and bar-related issues.
Support - Our office provides personal/non-academic counseling. We also provide services and resources for the UC Hastings student community, including child care rebates and priority registration.
Health - We manage Student Health Services, which provides counseling and medical services.
